About the Founder
Marty Gene Mills, founder of Realty Success Academy, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in high-volume sales and team coaching. Marty’s career began in the 1990s as a loan officer before he became a licensed real estate agent in 2002. Traveling nationwide to learn from top industry coaches, he honed his expertise, leading to the creation of his independent brokerage in 2007. His passion for empowering agents inspired the development of the Build an Unbreakable Real Estate Business Program, crafted to help agents succeed with confidence.
